We will submit a claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf, so it is important that you provide complete and up to date information so that your insurance carrier will pay for your services.
Payment for all known co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services will be due at the time of the procedure. A representative from either the physician’s office or the Endoscopy center may call to advise you of the approximate portion of the bill for which you will be responsible.
You may be asked to bring two separate checks, one for the physician fee and one for the Center. Unfortunately, fees and charges related to delinquent accounts sent to a collection agency will become your responsibility.

Patients with no insurance coverage will be expected to make a payment on the day of the procedure and make payment arrangements with the biller.
Self-pay patients are welcome at our center. As with insured patients, we will be happy to discuss payment arrangements with you.
